Es Moli den Bou (Carrer Liles, Sa Coma, Sant Llorenç des Cardessar, Mallorca) – this is one of Mallorca’s finer restaurants, serving a creative and simple cuisine based always on the traditional Mallorcan kitchen, while adding a very personal and modern spin to all the dishes. In 2004, its Chef (Tomeu Caldentey) was awarded a Michelin Star, which he maintains to date. Items served there include Parmentier of squid with onions and peas; Fish of the day with red wine; Venison with red fruits; Cappuccino with chocolate rabbit; ‘Torrija’ toasted Goat’s cheese with frozen fruit; and Pistachio and chocolate with citrus fruits.
